Shipping

  1. We offer free shipping on all orders to UK addresses – no matter what size the order. This free shipping includes the following regions: Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly, Isle of Wight.
  2. For Clothing - we aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 business days, expect 3-4 days for delivery. This timescale is not guaranteed however a successful delivery rate of 95% is expected. We use Royal Mail services. If you place an order for a number of items we will endeavour to send items as soon as possible so you may receive your order in more than one delivery. 
  3. For deliveries to Europe we charge a fee of £19 using Parcelforce Europe. For North America, Australia and The Rest of The World we charge a set fee of £26. There are some destinations we do not ship to please contact us for details. Please allow up to 14 business days for deliveries to addresses outside the UK, again these timescales are a guideline.
  4. For Yoga Mats & Yoga Accessories - we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 3-5 days depending on stock levels, an email will be sent to confirm this. This timescale is not guaranteed however a successful delivery rate of 95% is expected. We use Hermes and Royal Mail services. If you place an order for a number of items we will endeavour to send items as soon as possible so you may receive your order in more than one delivery. With the exception of certain items all our deliveries use a signed-for service.We sometimes fulfill orders direct from our suppliers pleases allow for a longer timescale in this instance. If your delivery is late please check online with the delivery company - you will receive a Tracking No. with your order confirmation. If you are not able to do this please contact us so that we can chase this for you. If a delivery has been lost we will contact the courier direct this can take up to 5 days for an investigation to take place . To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure that the address you provide is correct, we may email you to confirm prior to dispatch. We are not responsible for non-delivery of items if address is incorrect.
  5. Customs charges outside Europe – these will vary depending on country of residence we advise that you check with your local customs office,
  6. If an order arrives damaged in any way please contact us on receipt so we can arrange a return and replacement.
